Your Main Tasks
- Strategic and operational responsibility for all HR topics (employer branding, recruiting, onboarding, training & development, career & succession planning)
- Optimisation, digitalisation and automation of processes
- Coaching, consulting and support of managers and employees in all HR-related issues
- Responsibility for recruitment processes including ongoing development of the recruiting strategies
- Ensuring professional on- and offboarding processes
- Ongoing further development of existing HR processes
- University degree with a focus on Human Resources (or related field)
- 5+years relevant professional experience in a similar function, preferably within the IT sector and in multinational/multicultural companies
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and other HR related topics
- Excellent English skills
- Proven ability to lead with a creative mindset, acting as a coach and mentor for leaders
- Assertiveness, high service orientation and strong communication skills
- Sense for people, dedicated and determination
