Marketing Operation Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Main Tasks

  • Own the operational side of marketing campaigns, including setup, execution, and performance reporting for our Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Customer Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Content teams
  • Create campaign emails, build workflows, and process campaign responses within our Pardot marketing automation platform and other marketing systems
  • Create and maintain campaign program templates across Pardot and Salesforce.com to enable process efficiency and scale
  • Provide guidance to marketing peers around optimal automation practices and build-outs that will be most successful in enabling marketing efforts
  • Partner with marketers to identify areas of improvement for process efficiency and campaign effectiveness, while implementing best practices through education and enablement
  • Contribute to the definition of KPIs and creation of dashboards to measure all aspects of marketing: business planning, campaign effectiveness, lead distribution and aging, pipeline contributor, ROI, and overall performance
  • Maintain business intelligence dashboards, data connections, and manual data queries
  • Build and maintain smart lists and segmentation to support the needs of the marketing team and execute nurture programs in collaboration with them
  • Serve as the SME for marketing tools such as Pardot, Salesforce, Zoom, 6Sense, Octopost

Your Profile 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; focus on Business Management or Marketing preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a Marketing Operations role
  • At least one year of experience as an administrator of enterprise marketing automation tools, such as Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua, Iterable, and Marketing Cloud. A Pardot Administrator credential is a plus
  • Advanced working knowledge of SalesForce.com
  • Technical experience with HTML, CSS, Java, or SQL is a plus
  • Strong data knowledge and to ensure GDPR complaint
  • Experience building and automating marketing programs across digital, events and other B2B channels
  • Analytical with a natural curiosity to test, measure, learn and iterate to get the best results possible
  • Understand business process development and improvement initiatives including data analysis, business intelligence, lead management processes and technologies
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process standardization
  • A general understanding of lead life cycle sales and marketing systems
  • Excellent English skills
  • You’re a self-starter who embraces rolling up your sleeves and getting work done
  • You thrive on change and are comfortable with ambiguity
