Partner success Manager (m/f/x)

Your Main Tasks

  • Educate our Partners on delivery methodology, leading practices to drive alignment between partner scoping/staffing and professional services
  • Collaborate with sales and regional alliance directors in deciding the right partner based on current capability
  • Act as the single point of contact between partner and various internal Teams (Professional Services, Alliances, Marketing, Sales, Product & Technology, Global Customer Care)
  • Navigate complex partner organizations & stakeholders to align, enable and support partner growth
  • Promote Partner business development with referral, SI, Management Consulting / Advisories and BPO’s
  • Align partner capability and funnel deal structures with the region sales and services strategy for partners
  • Drive regular communications with partners to address active engagement and practice/delivery action items
  • Contribute to continually improving our partner services and how we measure and report on success
  • Ensure the partner is enabled to implement JAGGAER solutions

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or business administration is preferred
  • At least 7 years of relevant working experience in SaaS delivery, services sales, and/or customer stakeholder management
  • Experience in Professional Services and an understanding of implementation and/or services sales
  • Knowledge of salesforce is a plus
  • Experience working with partner organizations is a plus
  • Excellent German and English skills, French as additional language skill is a plus
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills
  • Organized and work well with constant priority changes
  • Self-starter and able to take ownership of new initiatives
