Partner Marketing Manager (m/f/x)

Your Main Tasks

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global partner marketing strategy, aligned with our business goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with partners to identify marketing opportunities and create co-marketing initiatives that drive mutual growth
  • Incorporate Alliance partners in the development and/or rollout of our Global Campaigns
  • Manage and improve marketing programs that support partner enablement, and engagement, including monthly webinars and newsletters
  • Work closely with the sales and partner teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business priorities
  • Involve our partners as sponsors in corporate events, including REV, JAGGAER's annual event for its clients and prospects
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of partner marketing activities, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing to create materials that enable partners to effectively market and sell our products

Your Profile

  • Bachelor´s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the B2B software industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing strategies and programs
  • Strong understanding of the B2B software market, including customer needs, partner dynamics, and competitive landscape
  • Excellent English skills, additional language skills are a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing and problem-solving
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support partner events and initiatives (approximately 25%)
