Your Main Tasks

  • designing of the SW Architecture in your modules as well as for the overall SaaS application
  • you are acting as a Tech Lead for all Module-related projects (80% coding, 20% technical people management)
  • you are the link between business and developers
  • ensuring the maintainability, performance, efficiency, reusability, quality, and security of all our solutions
  • setting up, attending and leading all meetings (Standup, Sprint Planning, Retrospective, Review, etc.) for the Module team's projects
  • you are the technical lead of the team
  • coding and working on more complex tasks in ongoing projects

Your Profile

  • 4+ years of professional development experience
  • experience in PHP / MySQL / Javascript and legacy codebases
  • solid framework (e.g. Symfony / Laravel) knowledge
  • strong knowledge of Software Architecture and Computer Science in general
  • strong communication skills, leadership and solution-oriented mindset
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus
  • knowledge of React, API Platform, Micro-Services, Dev Ops, MongoDB (or similar), SQL DB, Memcached, Phython, Git and Jira is a plus
  • willingness to take initiative, lead brainstorm sessions and mentor other team members
  • very self-organized, self-motivated, and focused on the solution
  • willingness to travel (~10%)
