Your Main Tasks
- Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting
- Monitor actual performance against budget and forecasts, providing explanations for variances
- Data Management:
- Gather and organize financial data from various sources for analysis
- Maintain and update financial models and databases
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function
- Assist in the implementation of best practices and process documentation
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field
- Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English mandatory, additional language is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
