Your Responsibilities
- Completed education, ideally with focus on Sales and/or Marketing
- Well established (likely 5+ years) and proven Senior Account Executive professional within a complex software application/ SaaS/ Cloud solution environment
- Deep experience in portfolio planning and associated Go-To-Market execution (Territory and Account Plans), including marketing, networking and sales activities
- Existing understanding of Procurement & Supply Chain software markets preferred
- Very good German and English skills
- Strong presentation as well as written and verbal communication skills: A strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel (~25%)
what you will bring
- Existing customer support for assigned accounts in the DACH region, including regular customer meetings
- Establishing and maintaining business relationships with existing and potential customers with the aim of increasing productivity in purchasing and determining ROI
- Establishing and expanding C-level contacts (e.g. CPO, CFO, CIO) incl. conducting strategy meetings
- Conducting negotiations with decision-makers at management and executive level
- Organization and implementation of solution workshops
- Implementing measures and strategies for cross-selling and upselling
- Management of the entire sales process from the identification of new leads to the successful closing of a deal
- Independent management of customer tenders including coordination of internal resources
- Participation in trade fair events, including representation of the company at the trade fair stand
